About Evolve Chiropractic
Clinton Township, MI
Why We Exist
Evolve Chiropractic was built on a simple idea — that people in Clinton Township deserve chiropractic care that actually listens. Not a rushed adjustment and a checkout counter, but a real clinical relationship where your goals matter and your progress is tracked.
Who We Serve
We treat a wide range of patients — workers dealing with occupational injuries, athletes pushing through training, parents carrying kids and stress in equal measure, seniors trying to stay active, veterans managing service-related conditions, and everyone in between. Macomb County is our community, and we take that seriously.
Our Philosophy
We believe the best outcomes come from combining chiropractic manipulation with hands-on muscle work. Treating the spine and the surrounding musculature together produces results that last — not just temporary relief that sends you back through the door every few weeks.
What Makes Us Different
Dr. Duchene doesn't hand you off to a tech or an assistant. Every evaluation, every adjustment, every treatment is performed by the doctor himself. You get his full attention on every visit, every time.
A Practice Built for This Community
Dr. Duchene grew up in Clinton Township and came home to practice here intentionally. This isn't a corporate clinic with revolving staff — it's a locally owned practice run by someone who genuinely cares about the health of this neighborhood.
