Dr. Nicholas Duchene is a licensed Doctor of Chiropractic holding licensure in both Michigan and Ohio. He also holds the Certified Chiropractic Sports Physician (CCSP) credential through the American Chiropractic Board of Sports Physicians — advanced training in the evaluation and treatment of sports-related injuries.

A Career Built Across Multiple States

Before returning home to Clinton Township, Dr. Duchene practiced in Ohio, Iowa, Michigan, and briefly in India. That breadth of clinical experience across different patient populations and practice environments shaped a versatile, adaptable approach to care.

Coming Home to Macomb County

Dr. Duchene grew up in Clinton Township. Returning here to open Evolve Chiropractic wasn't just a business decision — it was a personal one. He's invested in this community and committed to being the kind of chiropractor people in Macomb County can actually count on.
